Djenabé is a Haitian-Canadian multi-disciplinary artist, writer, curator and astrologer. Her fascination with identity, archival imagery, and oral histories deeply influence her visual artwork.
A perpetual student of ancient wisdoms, Djenabé listens for the quiet teachings beneath all things. She’s an observer of the stars and keeper of collective memory; integrating insights from Buddhist/Taoist philosophies, and Haitian/Egyptian divination. Through this unique blend of ancestral practices, Djenabé creates an interconnected framework for deep transformative healing and self discovery.
